They are a bullet proof version of a 6L6 type that was originally made by Bendix and then also made, to fill contracts, by Tung Sol and Cetron.
Those pic'd are new manu version by Cetron who still makes them (at a huge cost to the gov) to fulfill Mil contract needs.
They were developed as a heavy duty version of 6AR4/6098 because they couldn't cut the mustard.
Thes are ICBM guidance system tubes. Can take any stress put to it. Never developed as an audio tube. Screen max is about 300 vdc, plate around 700. So build accordingly.
