Hot, hi. You lose bias if a coupling cap shorts. That would cause the tube to go into thermal runaway. Since you have lost bias to all four tubes (push-pull ?) the bias supply itself may be malfunctioning or the negative voltage is not getting to the right place on the circuit board (if it has a circuit board). Find out if the bias supply is producing a negative voltage. Then trace the path to the adjustment pots. That should enable you to find the problem. Either point to point wired or circuit board - the bias supply path to grid #1 should be evident. Often this kind of problem happens at the weakest link - the tube pins & tube socketa.
