Jim, hi. The part of the getter flash next to the glass will be the last to go. You have a tube on life support. If it was represented as having good getter flashing the seller stepped over the truth line. I had a similar thing happen with a globe 45 some years ago. The tube failed after about 2 hours operation. Emission was also marginal before failure. How does the tube test? I'd discuss with the seller.
