As an owner of the maxi matcher, I couldn't be happier with the low cost and high value of the product. The customer service is also first rate. I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Terry yesterday. He explained in detail and laymans terms everything I could think of to ask. There was never impatience or someone that wasn't listening carefully to my questions. They also don't try to sell you something you don't need (tube saver sockets were only recommended for people that test large quantities of tubes). I do intend to order the power supply though so the readings are more accurate and not subject to AC voltage instability. I have called two times in the year I have owned this tester and both times I spoke with Terry at length. Great customer service. Thank you.Bart Posner
