Jon, hi. Antique Electronic Supply at one time carried just such an adaptor. Don't think they do now. You could call them. I built a few at the time. It didn't seem too difficult. Yeah, right. You can too with the following caveats: take it slowly and have great patience. I first built to convert 6GM5 for use in a MC-225. I also did some to allow use of 12AY7 in a octal socket. Each time I vowed I would never build another one because of the time and tediousness involved. It is like building a ship in a bottle but the glass is opaque. Thus is becomes a task of the proportions of Greek mythos. I kid you not.
