These both have substantial current for a tube amp. The mono MC275 has more of course since it will be over 180 watts..which is a lot.
An electronic crossover is a must with tube amps so you look to be on the right track.
These are not the same as high powered SS for base which is too dry on some speakers. When you get into ported cabinets or no cabinets I would prefer tubes on many speakers for a more organic base. The mono 275s will make a big cone jump though.Ron-C
