Nah, just Chinese 2A3's.

Fairly common practice as Robert points out - I have a similar Radio shack tube that is really one of the military 5931's restamped as a 45.

2A3's actually work surprisingly well at 45 operating points, providing your filament transformer can take the extra load. The lower Rp isn't a problem in most situations and they are electrically similar to two 45's in parallel.

I'd bet the seller is aware, with the "United type 45 tubes with large envelope and plate structure" description.

United was one of the worse with re-labeling and branding tubes. I have seen 5AR4's that are Russian 5Z4's - 7AF7's that are Russian 6SN7's on a loktal adapter - and even 1U6's relabeled as 1L6's - all under the United brand.
