Aldovan -Just check pin 4. It is unused on the 7355 and is a second connection to the screen (along with pin 8) on the 7591. If the amplifier uses pin 4 as a tie point, you'll need to move that wiring elsewhere.
As you already know, the bias requirements are quite different. The 7355 is essentially a 6L6 with a 7591 like pinout.
The now extinct 7591xyz was actually a very good replacement for the 7355 as it bias'd like a 6L6. A few vendors may still have them for low prices.
