I was just looking at the GE Data sheet on the 6JN6 beam pentode. The data sheet reports that ...A separate connection is provided for the beam plates to minimize "snivets".I would assume that this is some sort of TV distortion, as I believe the 6JN6 was primarily used in horizontal deflection circuits?
