I seem to recall some comment about the 6336 or 6528 in Alan Douglas' book on tube testers. It's a pretty hefty fil. load for any tester, and I'd be surprised if the voltage doesn't sag substantially.
I'd be especially surprised if the EICO 667 can handle the load - it has a pretty tiny transformer. It can barely test 2A3's without significant voltage sag! I can check for settings on the 667 tonight if I get a chance to pull one down out of the attic.
