I'd personally go with the 7355's, if only to keep the system original. Just watch the tubes for the first hour or so - in case you have a tube that varies widely in plate current from the others.There are easy ways to measure plate current in the circuit, Radio-Electronics published nice plans a few years ago for a simple meter. I have the plans here (somewhere) if you're feeling ambitious.
