Ches -Just make sure that pin 4 isn't used as a tie point in your amp. On the 7591xyz it is a second connection to the screen. On the 7355 it is unused. Occasionally old amps make use of these unused pins as tie-points.
If there is something connected to pin 4 you could either cut pin 4 off of the tube or better yet relocate the wiring to a small terminal strip.
Also the 7591xyz is mechanically larger than the 7355 and may not fit properly in some amps.
Otherwise the substitution should work nicely.
