The original Dynaco ST70 and MkIV used 7199. The Sound Valves remakes of these amps, ST70 series II, Sound Valves VTA/70i and M-40 used 6GH8A's. If I remember right, they all used Phillips 6GH8A's. The circuits between the Dynaco and Sound Valves amps are different and the driver/phase inverter tubes are not interchangeble.By the way, the Sound Valves amps are very good. At one point I had some MkIV's and M-40's. It was pretty cool to see and hear 30+ years of circuit refinement.
