Re: what's the deal with cryo?

I just laugh at the guys who cryo the feet on their amps, then claim total transformation.

While I haven't seen any posts suggesting the above, I'm not going to laugh at someone else's experience. How can I doubt what they heard? I wasn't there. But I do understand your point....some over-emphasis the experience. But at the very least, they are expressing their enthusiasm, and I wouldn't want to dampen their enjoyment.

In all my posts regarding cryogenic treatment on these forums, I've never claimed "total transformation", nor anything similar. I did, however, describe some of the sonic changes/benefits I experienced, and these benefits have been consistent across-the-board, be it tubes, cables, Hubbell wall duplexes, etc. etc. It's also been most helpful working with a completely professional vendor such as Cryogenics International. I've gained a boatload of knowledge over the last 2 years, directly from the source, rather than from hearsay. Their process is totally consistent, as have been my results. I hope this information is helpful.
