I have used my 3.5s for many year with an ARC D-70 MK-II. It is less than 1K used and has strong bass.
Power is 70 watts per channel, more than enough if you listen in a small room.If you need more power, the D-115 is the lerger sibling.Nowadays I use the same speakers with a BEL 1001 MKII solid state class A amp. It sounds better than the ARC (actually, it sounds like tubes) and does not require retubing and frequent bias adjustment.
Good luck
Don't sell your Thiels, they are classics. I installed a foam ring around the tweeters to control the slightly uptilted treble and a deflex panel behind the midrange drivers. They sound better than ever.
