Heathkit IT-11 or IT-28 (essentially identical). Nice bridge, fairly accurate. Tube based, and tests leakage up to 600vdc. Perfect tool for reforming lytic caps. 6AX4, 6BN8, 6E5. Sadly, most are in poor condition and require rebuilding.Sprague TO-5 is very similar, although less common. Nicer (commercial) construction.
In the non-tube realm, the Sencore LC-53 is fantastic - digital, and measures inductors and caps for value, leakage to 600+vdc.
I use the Heathkit for reforming caps, and the Sencore for more critical measurements.
