The cathode resistor is dissipating around 7.3w, so a 10w resistor is a bit close but should be ok. I originally used 1.5K/1.3K 10w resistors in series, so really a 20w resistor.

Also the grid on the second triode should be around 115v, not the plate...

I'm not sure what's going on with your second monoblock - could you remind me of what you're using for the power supply? Also a good photo of your wiring may help.
