Aldovan -Download the power supply design tool from Duncan Amps (www.duncanamps.com) and simulate your power supply. You can then try various changes easily. It's a tremendous program, and best of all it's free!
If you want to be sure the hum is from the B+ you can try temporarily adding additional filtering using clip leads, or try running the amp from an external power supply (or even another amp).
