It is a cute digital delay board with variable turn on, and instant turn off.
The only problem is that the board drives a spdt relay, so for a stereo unit you'd need to either modify to accept a dpdt relay or drive an external relay.
The board allows you to adjust the turn on delay, and will shut off instantly as power dies. You can mute the outputs for 32 seconds at turnon, and it will mute again instantly at turn-off.
I've used the same board in amplifiers before, there doesn't seem to be any resulting "digital noise".
