A full wave, choke loaded input power supply will give you 1.54 x the secondary current rating, or the 300ma you need out of either transformer. It may also buzz like crazy with that sort of current draw.Of course, you'll also only get .45 x the secondary vac - but in the case of your rather high voltage transformers that may still be way more than you need. Even the 1700vct would get you > > 700vdc.
I guess the other question is that what are you building that needs 300ma? Pretty hefty current requirements, at rather lethal voltages.
