I didn't have any .22uf caps with sufficient voltage rating, so used a pair of .47uf/630v metal film caps in series. It essentially gives a .22uf/1200v part. I didn't add any balancing resistors (I probably should, but metal film caps should have a very low leakage).

I'll eventually replace them with something with a more appropriate rating - I believe that orange drops are still available in 1600v ratings.
