Maybe because their accounting depts won't allow them to spend additional 20 cents on the unit and $1 is totally out of question :?0)
Most of audiophile stuff is fraudulent voodo , some works better some worse.
People buy $1k power cords, why ? must be either that damn transfer efficiency or brain defficiency;) I don't see other explanation .
