That's absurd. Do you really think it's necessary to construct a circuit in order to know Ohms law will apply? By that philosophy, we could all be building speaker cones out of lettuce and anodes out of bakelite. Forget the laws of physics, they don't apply so long as even one proponent says otherwise. And on this subject, let's not forget the folks who actually *did* build this nonsense, only to discover that it does exactly what those fundamental laws predict. From every perspective of basic supply operation - smoothing, storage, damping and output Z - it simply does nothing well. If that makes your amplifier sound better, you have my sympathies.
