I don't really have much written down on these. For the DHT I usually use an EF86 input and then use the AU half of a 12DW7 as a cathode follower into the tone stack and then use the 12AX7 driven hard as the gain stage after that into the DHT output tube.

I have also done 12AX-tone-12AX-12AU SRPP-> DHT with good results.
