Two 1.5K resistors in parallel becomes a 750 ohm shared Rk, for each push pull pair.
You have 68 VDC at the top of this 750 ohm common self-bias resistor. Ohms Law : 68 divided by 750 ohms is .0906 A. or 90.6 milliamperes for the PAIR, or 45.3 milliamperes per tube.
Once you give us the voltage on the plate, we take the voltage "across the tube", the voltage of plate, minus cathode voltage, and multiply by .0453 A. , to find PLATE's actual dissipation in watts.
