I see that you are going to use a solid state bridge. In that case the PS caps will see a huge voltage spike before the tubes warm up. You can simulate it on Duncan amp's PSU II software.
To be on the safe side, I agree with our fellow inmate, you need 2K volt caps.
Also, the resistors must be able to withstand high voltages. Some resistors will open at high voltages (e. g. Holco), you will be left with no bleeder resistor protection and over-voltage on the associated caps, very dangerous.
There are plenty of 2 K Volts oil caps on the surplus market. I would look for those.
Also, as the PS voltage goes up, one needs less capacitance to achieve the right filtration. You may be able to get by with 10 uF + choke + 10 UF. Connect the choke to the negative side of the power supply, so that it dos not "see" a high voltage betwen its winding and the chassis.
