RE: Has anyone been to Victor's place?

Victor is one crazy dude! I visited him last year in the wilds of Albany suburb(forgot the town). I wish i had shot an Iphone video then. He had 4 rooms of his house devoted to rare cassette and open reel tape recorders. He sold some of the rarest to a European collector by the time I visited him. He had the last 'mastering' grade Ferrograph 8 or 9(of which he said they only made a handful). His collection was especially impressive in european cassette decks(Grundig, Eumig, Uher, Dual, etc.). The only machine I had the least interest in was a Sony APR-5003. That one had some operational issues.
