I was in your same situation a month ago. I had listened to the PSB Alpha B (at $250 CDN), and found it to have better imaging than the M3Ti (at $430 CDN). The Axiom seemed to have a more open soundstage, and cleaner highs - though felt there were peculiar 'holes' or dips in the sound at low frequencies, yet still out-classes the Alpha B.Yet, in the end I went with the PSB Image 2B (at $450 CDN, more likely competition to the M3Ti), which had a similar, but 'bigger' more open sound than the Alphas, and still seemed to have a flatter frequency response.
www.soundstage.com has frequence measurements of those two.
