Ok, each sub has a built in amp for each channel and a corresponding female RCA input jack for left & right. Now, with 2 subs that gives you (4) bass amp channels, (2) in each sub. If you take a single ended interconnect from the integrated amp's preamp out left channel to the left sub's left channel input RCA female jack, you are set and do the same with the right channel. However, now you are not using one channel on each of the sub's amplifiers. If you want, put the "y" adapter on the sub's input from the single RCA cable from the amp. You might prefer both channels of the sub producing the bass of the respective channels, therefore taking advantage of all the amplifier's power.
