Subwoofer with high input impedance for use with vintage tube preamp?

I've been running a vintage Pilot SP210 tube preamp into my Audioengine A2 speakers. The problem I've run into is when connecting a subwoofer. The low input impedance raises hell with the preamp and messes with the gain. It seems like most subwoofers have a 10K or 20K input impedance. Thinking of adding some inline resistors along the RCA output of the preamp, but wondering if there are any subwoofers in existence with a very high input impedance that I could plug the preamp into, then connect the speakers to the subwoofer line outs?
