Customer in Rhode Island has an unused driver from the original JMR Concorde he's willing to give away for the cost of shipping. Email me if you're interested. Nobody's making money on this, it's just a good turn in lieu of tossing it: amherstaudio@comcast.net

"Some time ago (around 10 years), I had a pair of Concorde speakers (the originals I believe). The speakers are now long gone, however during ownership, I had a woofer go bad (pulse from a big SS amp). When I contacted JMR they sent two drivers (at my expense). Damaged driver was replaced, but now I have a new spare driver sitting on my work bench."
