Bobby from Merlin said the rounded supports cut defraction and make for less bass, so he likes that design for his speakers. There are stands that use thin tubes for supports...made by Sistrum. I wonder how they'd sound...?

I'm going to (sooner or later) get a hold of some Osiris Stands to try and maybe the Sistrums as well.
