If you've not already thought of this, don't have the bottom of the speaker sit flat on the stand panel. Harbeths are designed so the cabinet walls flex. You want to only have the bottom speaker cabinet panel contact the stand at three or four points. You don't need very much clearance, so Blu-tack or Sorbothane disks are fine. (I use the latter with my Spendors.)
