Mission - Do they still provide any product support?

I have a Mission sub with a blown voice coil and have been unsuccessful in contacting Mission to find out about a replacement.

They have a web site but I had no response when I sent an email to their listed service address (nikki@iaguk.co.uk).

They list a Canadian distributor (Erikson Consumer) but Erikson's website doesn't list Mission as one of their brands and I could not reach them on the phone.

Has anyone had any luck contacting Mission or getting service information recently?
