I agree with RGA: get Skylans instead. I recently replaced (sand filled) steel stands with Skylans and everyhing relaxed and became more musical. The overlay of subtle brightness and ringing from the steel stands was immediately banished. ALL steel stands RING -- even when they're thick (heavy gauge) and filled with sand.
