The MC162 is rated 500 watts into 4 ohms when bridged. It is actually about 700 watts. Your N802s are about 3.5 ohms through the bass so yes this would be enough power. If you play loud you might even vaporise them.
I would suggest the MC252 or one of the other autoformer coupled amps to pair with your N802s. The N802s sound very good on the autoformer amps and they are an excellent speaker in my humble opinion, contrary to what the tin ears on this board say. The trashing of well regarded speakers is political not about the sound.
