If you're just looking for a cheapo stand, Ikea makes a pair of bookshelf stands for $11 (cdn). You can, as I've done in the past, put two of them together for your center channel. They are fairly sturdy and non-offensive looking. Obviously not the best stands for critical listening, but you get what you pay for. Anyway, the base of the speaker would sit about 6" off the ground with a slight tilt backwards as you wanted. Hope that helps.
