I guess you are asking between Meishu line and kit One differences? Tube lineup is similar but driver topologies are little different. 5687 in Meishu is configured as a parallel anode follower and in kit one as an SRPP stage. Meishu has a separate tube and choke loaded power supplies for driver and line stage. It used to be a choke input supply but since P.Q decided that he dislikes IP supplies that might have changed in favor of CLC (cap input). Power supply in kit one is much simpler but still good quality. With Meishu you always get genuine Audio Note transformers which is not entirely true with the kits (very good iron nonetheless).
I have to admit I have not heard both at the same time so I can't be of any help how one stack to another based on sound only .
