The room filling thing is a product of fullness and harmonic richness over resolution. The sound is more blended, creating the sense of a wave of sound. The 2A3 Neros have higher resolution than the 300B P3SS (and Quest SS), so I would speculate the 300B amp will fill your room better. It has a thicker sound.
When I first compared Quest SS's with Neros, I preferred the Quests. For a day or two. Then the greater clarity, refinement, purity, etc, etc. of the Neros won me over. But I was not looking for a particular sound, as in 'room filling.' I kept the Neros for several years (with an M6), then began to imagine that they sounded a bit white, and sold them. I think if I were comparing a P3SS with Neros today, I'd prefer the Neros again. But, as I said at the beginning of this post, you likely would not.
