As slope has pointed out correctly, I have dismissed no-one..you have incorrectly read my posting...""Also, this spec refers to short term stability, not long term stability, and is primarily related to the phase noise of the oscillator.""JC
Agreed..long term stability is a whole nuther ball of wax..
""why don't to try to see what they are trying to do""JC
I do..when time allows..however, having just completed my weekend from hell, touring 850 visitors over 8 hours after setting up 4 stereo sound systems in 3 buildings, I now find I have the time to research the topic.. (as a side note, would you believe I opened up the behringer ub802 box, and it didn't have the wall wart inside?? Called 8th street, they said it was the third time, and will send me one...gave me a big problem, it was slated for use next to the cryogenic plant, very noisy there.had to un-mothball an old numark mixer.((see JC, I do use high end equip)) :-)
Cheers, John
