It would be hard to hear the audio system over the

refrigeration machinery or hissing of the boiling nitrogen. The apparatus to keep the cables cold would constrain the geometries severely.

Superconductors still only work at cryogenic temperatures: liquid helium for the older ones, and liquid nitrogen for the so-called "high temperature" ones. There would be lots of applications if someone discovered one that remained superconducting at room temperature, but this has not happened to my knowledge.
