I don't think this is the right forum for you since you're talking about home theater setup rather than hardcore pure audio which we're mostly alluding to in this forum.

Just to quickly answer the question though, I would just get a newer receiver or digital processor that can handle the HD audio through HDMI. Get a good home theater video card like the nVidia GT430 that supports HDMI 1.4 (or higher model GPU if you want 3D gaming), and output the Blu-Ray video/audio through that into the receiver. I don't recommend fooling around with computer analog decoding and running a bunch of interconnects out due to the hassles/costs and risk of audio/video desynchronization.
Note that even though it might not be lossy, good ol' DTS 1.5M thru TOSLink/coax ain't bad for movie reproduction until you upgrade to that new receiver/processor.
