I think it might be related to Thesycon drivers. I had a similar problem with MSB USB Power DAC which uses a similar driver.
Be sure you have done USB channel mapping, that is the device does non share IRQ with other devices especially USB, and remove other Wasapi drivers (you use Wasapi, don't you) you might have in your system.
