It's very interesting and it is a possibility for avoiding the use of Jack.
However, as the Lynx ASIO driver only allows one application at a time to access the driver, how do I implement kernel streaming? I use J River Media Center and my output modes are: ASIO, Direct Sound, Disk Writer, Wave Out and WASAPI. Then, according to the previous choice, in the Output Mode Settings I may have Lynx (or JackRouter) or LynxTwo-B Device 1-8.
Is Kernel Streaming a feature of Foobar only? I hope I am wrong.
How did you implement it in a DVD player?
