ADCs are less much easier to isolate than DACs from digital interconnects. That's because the information flow (timing as well as data) go from the ADC outward. There is no need for some kind of magic isolating buffer to allow bits to flow in, but not noise or jitter. The information flow is strictly one way.
Of course, it is possible to mess up even a simple problem, and there are certainly ways one can cut corners to create problems, such as powering the ADC and its critical clock from the USB power...
