RE: Good point & legally correct

I'm sorry sir. It appears we're not on the same wavelength.

JPLAY has a bug that prevents proper playback of 24-bit audio at 48kHz in Kernel Streaming when I last checked in August (2015). I reported on this 2 years ago and it was not fixed. It does nothing good plus has a bug as far as I can tell. I therefore feel in *truth* one cannot advocate for the software. This is more foundational than any higher level of ethics or business courtesy between JPLAY and JRIVER. They can settle the business etiquette among themselves. This is all I can say to this matter.

I do not see the need for personal attacks in any case and I believe it does a disservice to your beliefs. My point in regards to ethics was of course about ripping CDs then selling them off... You brought up this side discussion as a personal attack.
