Here's a portion of a 96/24 recording of 1st movement of Beethoven OP. 131 by the Cypress String quartet. The spectrum plot goes up to 48 kHz and shows energy at 39 Khz. This is music related, as the peaks change with the music. This recording would probably have been slightly better if it had been made at 192/24 instead of 96/24. The microphones used have response to 100 kHz.
