No current flow, no toast. No problem.
In the unlikely event you invent an electric toaster that doesn't draw any current you will have invented a perpetual motion machine. If so, I would suggest you be extremely discreet in what you tell people about your invention. You would be in great danger of waking up dead. Just saying... :-)
