Indeed, I explained how I believe I was able to get 3 out of 3 correct, not to boast but to show others how it might be done (assuming one has an open mind). But it could just have been luck. And while that's not what I believe is the explanation, that's what the skeptics are going to think, assuming that they believe me when I said I did get 3 out of 3.
When hearing events near one's threshold of perception it is not a matter of black and white. As the difference increases one goes from a random guess to a biased guess to a very biased guess with only a small probability of getting it wrong to virtual certainty.
