You can do a whole series of tests.
MSB does not like to have other ASIO drivers installed, even ASIO4All. Eventually, disinstall them.
You can increase ASIO buffer.
You can measure latency on your Win 7 system with DPC Latency Checker. In this way you can test if there is a driver, like network, causing problems during playback. Highly suggested.
You can try different USB ports. This can be effective on notebooks.
Try playback with no antivirus.
